Product Overview
The HWM Series Electronic Transmission Water Meter (Photoelectric Type) utilizes an advanced microprocessor to collect and record the volume of potable water flowing through the pipeline. The data is then transmitted via M-Bus or RS485 to a concentrator and uploaded to the water management platform through optical fiber or a 4G network, enabling remote meter reading and billing management.
Product Features & Advantages
- Stable Data Transmission: Uses M-Bus/RS485 bus communication for both data transmission and power supply, ensuring stable, reliable, and secure communication.
- Innovative Structure: The electronic reading module operates without mechanical contact with the internal counting mechanism, ensuring that the original metering sensitivity remains unaffected.
- No Accumulated Measurement Error: Employs infrared photoelectric transmission technology to directly read the absolute encoded values of the register wheels, combined with memory-retention technology to eliminate cumulative errors.
- Real-Time Reading: Remote meter reading directly acquires the actual displayed value from the meter register without initialization.
- Non-Continuous Power Supply Design: Power outages do not affect metering performance. Continuous power supply is not required; power is only needed during meter reading operations. This design minimizes power consumption, lowers failure rates, and extends service life.
- Clear Reading Unaffected by Water Quality:The independently sealed structure prevents water quality conditions from affecting the register display, ensuring consistently clear readings.
Notes
- The technical specifications of this series comply with B/T G778 and CJ/T 133 national standards.
- Hot water meter versions are available for this series.
