Product Overview
IoT Series HWM Valve-Controlled Water Meter adopts a new-generation microprocessor to collect and record the volume of potable water flowing through pipelines. It uploads data to a water management platform via NB-IoT/4G networks and enables remote meter reading and billing by supporting remote valve open/close control, flow limitation, and other intelligent water management functions.

With deep network coverage and low power consumption, the system provides stable two-way communication with the software platform. The device supports plug-and-play installation with fast network configuration.
- Strong anti-interference & anti-magnetic design Adopts delayed sampling technology with signal filtering and intelligent judgment to effectively eliminate measurement errors caused by pipeline vibration and water hammer effects. Non magnetic signal acquisition technology resists external magnetic interference and rust-related disturbances.
- Waterproof & durable design: IP68 triple protection rating with imported epoxy potting ensures stable operation even under submerged or humid conditions.
- Ultra-low power consumption design: Uses high-density lithium thionyl chloride (Li-SOCl₂) battery combined with voltage stabilization capacitor technology, achieving a service life of over 6 years.
- Intelligent reporting mechanism: Supports scheduled meter reading, active wake-up, and real-time water consumption reporting. Threshold-based reporting enables immediate alerts when limits are exceeded.
- Comprehensive monitoring & alarm system: Provides automatic alerts for magnetic attacks, valve abnormalities, low battery voltage, and water leakage conditions (running, overflow, dripping, or seepage).
- Clear data display: High-resolution LCD screen displays water consumption, battery level, signal strength, and other key data clearly in real time.

- The technical specifications of this product comply with national standards GB/T 778 and CJ/T.
- This series is also available in a hot water meter version.
