The HSW Smart Water Management Platform
System Architecture Overview
- Flow monitoring and alarm functions: Monitor real-time data, daily accumulated data, monthly accumulated data, yearly accumulated data, etc.
- Intelligent alarm system: The system platform can provide low battery alarms and abnormal data alarms; night-time low-flow monitoring can provide suspected leakage alarms.
- Data charts and historical query: The platform can display water consumption within a certain period through intuitive interfaces such as charts and curves, meeting customers’ needs for independent inquiry and management of device operating status and communication status, while avoiding property losses caused by water leakage, disputes, etc.
- Integrated leakage detection management function: By using acoustic noise correlators to accurately detect leakage points and provide real-time alarms, the alarm data is synchronized to the platform. Staff can dispatch repair work orders to maintenance personnel through the platform, and maintenance personnel can log in with personal IDs on mobile devices to receive tasks. This function helps maintenance staff quickly identify abnormal locations, clarify the causes of abnormalities, improve operation and maintenance efficiency, and ensure users’ water usage experience.
- Support for historical data query: The platform can display water consumption within a certain period through intuitive interfaces such as charts and curves, meeting customers’ needs for independent inquiry and real-time management of device operating status and communication status, while avoiding disputes and conflicts regarding water consumption data. (This function can be enabled for end users according to the requirements of water supply enterprises.)
