Product Overview
The IoT Smart Valve for HVAC systems, also known as the IoT Intelligent Flow Balancing Valve V9, is mainly applied in centralized chilled water distribution networks. It is installed on the return pipeline before the building or at individual units. The valve is capable of automatically adjusting thermal balance throughout the pipeline network.A high-precision temperature sensor is integrated inside the valve, enabling real-time monitoring of return water temperature. Data is transmitted to the platform through wired communication methods such as M-Bus/RS485 or wireless communication methods such as NB-IoT/4G/LoRa.By applying the return water temperature balancing method and the concept of whole-network balancing control, intelligent calculation and analysis are performed on the cloud platform, and valve opening adjustment commands are transmitted accordingly. This ultimately achieves temperature balance between buildings and between units within the network, thoroughly solving the problem of temperature imbalance in chilled water distribution systems.

- (Optional) Automatically rotates once per month to prevent scaling and valve sticking.
- In the event of power failure or communication interruption, the valve maintains its current status by default.
- Valve opening adjustment in 1% increments, adjustment range 0–100%, with configurable opening settings for each individual unit (optional).
- Supply water and return water temperature sensors, supporting dual sensor inputs (optional).
- The actuator can be sold separately and is compatible with most valve bodies available on the market.
