Product Overview
The HHU Ultrasonic Heat Meter is an intelligent cold/heat energy metering device designed for accurate measurement of both cooling and heating energy consumption. It features easy installation, high measurement accuracy, and stable operation performance.The product fully complies with the GB/T 32224-2020 Heat Meter Standard and the JJG 225-2024 Verification Regulation for Heat Energy Meters. It is widely used in energy-based billing projects, such as district heating systems, central air-conditioning systems, and combined cooling and heating supply systems.

- Transducer (signal transmitter unit) The main signal-generating component of the ultrasonic heat meter uses imported piezoelectric ceramic elements, ensuring high stability and excellent consistency, which guarantees high metering accuracy.
- Temperature sensors Adopts high-precision platinum resistance sensors (PT1000), combined with a precise measurement circuit, ensuring accurate temperature detection.
- Self-diagnostic function During normal operation, if abnormalities occur such as communication failure, low power supply, or tampering attempts, the system will display corresponding error codes and automatically store data until the issue is resolved and normal operation is restored.
- Remote data transmission & centralized control Equipped with multiple communication interfaces such as M-Bus, RS485, NB-IoT, and 4G, enabling remote data transmission and centralized monitoring/control.
- Split-type design Flexible installation with four-direction mounting options, making it easy to read data and operate the device.
- Easy installation & protection features Designed with dustproof, moisture-proof, waterproof, anti-disassembly, and anti-tampering protection features, ensuring reliable long-term operation.
- Integrated cooling/heating measurement Suitable for both district heating systems and central air-conditioning systems, enabling accurate measurement of both heating and cooling energy consumption.
