HVB Butterfly Valve
Compact and lightweight structure: Compact design with low weight and high flow capacity (high CV value), requiring minimal installation space, suitable for large-diameter piping systems. Precise control: High regulation accuracy with fast response speed, meeting the requirements of high-precision process control. Strong adaptability: Capable of handling complex working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive media. The metal hard-seated version is suitable for abrasive conditions and high-temperature steam applications. Polyester-coated valve body: Corrosion-resistant, suitable for harsh operating environments. Special seat design: The valve seat is equipped with a specially molded O-ring, eliminating the need for additional flange gaskets during installation. It is compatible with various flange types and does not require dedicated butterfly valve flanges.
HVA Ball Valve
Straight-through flow design: Pressure loss coefficient ≤ 0.5, significantly lower than gate valves. Fast response time: Full-stroke response time of 3–10 seconds, meeting high-speed and high-precision control requirements. Strong adaptability: Suitable for complex operating conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive media. W-type ball design: Capable of cutting particles and fibers in the medium, ideal for special media such as slurry and pulp. Ideal flow characteristics: The W-type ball provides an excellent equal-percentage characteristic, avoiding sudden flow surges during valve opening. The sealing surface and ball remain in a closed-contact state, reducing erosion from the medium. Robust structure: Compact design requiring minimal installation space. The sealing surface and ball are protected from continuous erosion due to the closed-state contact. Smart functionality: Equipped with dual limit protection (mechanical + electronic), over-temperature/over-pressure alarms, and automatic parameter self-calibration. Long service life: Small contact area between ball and seat reduces friction and wear, minimizing erosion and ensuring long operational lifespan.
