Product Overview

TheHFT Smart Turbine Flow Meter operates based on the vortex precession principle. When fluid passes through the vortex generator, vortices are formed. These vortices are forced to rotate within a Venturi tube, and flow measurement is performed by detecting the precession frequency of the vortices, where the frequency is proportional to the flow rate.

High-precision measurement: Liquid accuracy up to ±0.5% R, gas accuracy up to ±1.0% R, repeatability error ≤0.2%, meeting commercial custody transfer requirements.
Low pressure loss: Smooth, obstruction-free flow path. Pressure loss is only 1/3 of traditional throttling flow meters, reducing pipeline energy consumption.
Flexible power supply & durability: Supports dual power supply (battery / mains). IP67 protection rating suitable for outdoor installation. Lithium battery version can operate continuously for 3–5 years.
Integrated temperature & pressure compensation: Built-in temperature and pressure sensors automatically correct environmental deviations, eliminating the need for external compensation devices.
Multiple material options for wide media compatibility: Turbine available in hard alloy or ceramic; housing made of SUS304/316L stainless steel. Suitable for clean media such as gasoline, diesel, methanol, compressed air, etc.
Flexible communication: Standard 4–20mA and pulse output. Optional RS485 (Modbus) and HART protocols, enabling seamless integration with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.
Anti-interference design: Electromagnetic shielding design ensures strong resistance to industrial electromagnetic interference.
